Amazon Operations IT teams keep Amazon's operations running smoothly by resolving complex hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues. Our support model is based on both on-site and remote support teams spread across our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering the consistently high level of IT support our customers have come to expect.
  • Managing and deploying a diverse array of IT devices and technologies across our various site types.
  • Dive deeply into technical details, diagnose, and reproduce straightforward issues with Amazon technology products (e.g., services, tools, data solutions, etc.).
  • Regular contact with the Amazon Operations teams and identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.

About the Team

As an Amazon Operations IT intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the industry's brightest engineers who innovate every day on behalf of our customers. You will be matched to a local IT supervisor where you are based and a mentor. You will work together with the local IT team to provide technical support to the Operations network.

Requirements

  • Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in IT / Computer science / Engineering or other tech fields.
  • Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
