Job Summary:

As a Country Sales Manager at Acciona S.A, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expand our commercial network within the assigned area. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and dealers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expand our commercial network within the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and dealers, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to develop and implement processes and CRM systems to scale the sales effort without compromising quality or support.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and maintain an effective, professional long-term relationship with partners and dealers within the assigned area.
  • Assist partners and dealer distributors in maximizing sales volume and profitability.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of Silence's Marketing and Communication initiatives, ensuring partners and distributors incorporate them correctly.
  • Ensure After Sales Service provided by Silence dealership network meets Silence quality standards.
  • Team management: support, motivate, and develop the team. Identify training needs.
  • Monitor the sales plan (with the Business Developers) regarding objectives.
  • Hire, onboard, and train the best sales team.
