Job Title: HR Business Partner - Operational Center

Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the newly created Operational Center (OPC) in Madrid. As a key member of the global HR Business Partner team, you will be responsible for building and leading the OPC organization, driving engagement, and implementing HR processes to ensure full cohesion across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build up the OPC organization and oversee staffing processes to ensure full cohesion.
  • Drive the implementation of HR processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other processes as applicable.
  • Work with operational and strategic tasks to focus on culture, people, and organization.
  • Ensure strong labor-and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Understand business needs and provide support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry or another international company with a complex matrix organization.
  • Experience leading projects and implementing new procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Spain.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Real team player.
Language:

Spanish and English fluent.
