Job Summary

Catenon is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for monitoring retention and turnover trends, as well as providing detailed analysis to internal teams. You will be involved in designing compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. The ability to support strategies that enhance the HR department's overall efficiency will be required to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent
  • Provide data-driven insights to internal teams to inform business decisions
  • Support the development of organizational change initiatives
  • Assist in the control of the HR department's budget
  • Assess employee surveys, management feedback, and performance reviews to inform HR strategies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in HR
  • Great research skills
  • Analytical and highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with HRM systems
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Critical advanced level of English (C1)
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organization/planning skills, able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
