Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist provides strategic support to Large Business Teams by delivering timely and accurate information on HR policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to provide guidance to Directors, Managers, and Employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to Large Business Teams, ensuring world-class customer service through prompt and reliable service.
  • Work in coordination with local, regional, and global HR Generalists to provide necessary service according to the strategy and needs of each team.
  • Advise and coach Directors/Managers on talent management and career paths, developing their teams through capability uplift and engagement.
  • Lead Talent Processes for Band 1 and 2 and support in Band 3.
  • Influence managers to ensure compliance with existing policies and effective people management.
  • Partner with the business to develop and implement people and organizational solutions to influence culture and performance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees with regards to HR.
  • Supervise and process job changes, temporary contracts, and off-boarding processes.
  • Partner and support ER Manager on employee relations issues.
  • Provide support to regional Recruitment when required.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and policies.
  • Ability to provide guidance to Directors, Managers, and Employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
