Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Onboarding Manager to join our Last-Mile Delivery team. As an Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end administrative onboarding process of partners that join our Hub Delivery platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative onboarding process of partners, from application to launch.
  • Monitor partner progress through the vetting and onboarding funnel.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure effective communication on partner pipeline and target achievement.
  • Report pipeline status to internal stakeholders to provide visibility on partner launch readiness.
  • Design processes and mechanisms to increase efficiency of each stage of partner vetting and onboarding.
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate solutions on behalf of our partners to improve their experience.
  • Design ways to automate vetting and processes and funnel management.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in Sales/Business Development or Account Management roles.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
  • Relevant experience in connecting with partners and building relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, build customized reporting, and provide routine performance updates.
  • Relevant experience in meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
