Onboarding Coordinator, Hub Delivery Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Onboarding Manager to join our Hub Delivery team at Amazon. As a key member of our last-mile team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end administrative onboarding process of partners that join Hub Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative onboarding process of partners, from application to launch.
  • Monitor partner progress through the vetting and onboarding funnel.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure seamless communication on partner pipeline and target achievement.
  • Report pipeline status to internal stakeholders to provide visibility on partner launch readiness.
  • Design processes and mechanisms to increase efficiency at each stage of partner vetting and onboarding.
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate solutions that enhance the partner experience.
  • Develop ways to automate vetting processes and funnel management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant experience in Sales/Business development or Account Management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
  • Ability to connect with partners and build relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, build customized reporting, and provide routine performance updates.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
