About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Business Platforms team in Barcelona. This role will involve working across our CXM, Media, and Creative brands.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and support Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision making
  • Maintain and support the ERP (NAV Dynamics) to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Business Management, End Users, and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and Power BI issues to minimize downtime
  • Analyze databases to generate and automate reports, providing insights for business growth
  • Translate business requirements into ERP and BI solutions to drive process improvements
  • Assist in systems migration to ensure a smooth transition


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within an ERP environment and with Power BI
  • Understanding of Finance End-to-End processes
  • General knowledge of ERP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Finance, Projects, and Resource Management and Reporting
  • Comprehension of databases structure
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate tools for data visualizations and automations
  • Experience with Navision Dynamics, Business Central, Paprika, or D365 is a plus
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
