This position requires a highly skilled professional with experience in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and human resources technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements. Your expertise in data visualization and storytelling will enable you to present complex information in an easily understandable format to various audiences. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless integration of data insights into business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data systems to support HR business intelligence initiatives
- Develop and implement data visualizations to present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity
- Support monitoring of data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across all systems
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, systems, data, and reports
- Experience with BI or analytics tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
