About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team at OpenText. As a Senior Technical Consultant in IT Process Automation, you will play a crucial role in delivering state-of-the-art IT solutions to our clients.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, crafting technology strategies, and providing expert guidance to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of IT systems. Your contributions will drive efficiency, reduce infrastructure costs, and enhance overall system performance for diverse organizations across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and develop technology strategies to meet client requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on IT system integration and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT process automation or a related field, with proven expertise in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., RPA, BPM, AI)
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
  • Experience with large-scale IT Service Management implementations, such as OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation, Atlassian Jira IT Automation, BMC Control-M, and others
  • Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath RPA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the capacity to build and maintain client relationships
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued
