European Key Accounts Administration Specialist and Business Liaison

Job Summary
The European Key Accounts Administration Specialist and Business Liaison role is a critical position within Brambles, responsible for providing exceptional support to the European Key Accounts central team and the wider EKA community. This role involves collaborating with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless customer experience, maintaining master data integrity, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner for the EKA Customer Management teams and Central Support functions, ensuring master data integrity and customer account health at the European level.
- Leverage technical expertise to protect revenue and cash, ensuring customer satisfaction is maximized.
- Provide reactive and proactive support to pan-European customer contacts, addressing contract compliance, account maintenance, pricing, invoicing, and reporting queries.
- Contribute to securing the integrity of EDI invoicing services.
- Support team tasks, including process documentation, third-party customer invoice portals, contract storage, customer site maintenance, and delivering standard customer Key Performance Indicator reports.
- Identify areas for improvement in risk and compliance or operational efficiencies, applying standardization, simplification, and automation where possible.
- Collaborate with the Process Improvement team to design and implement best-in-class solutions, improving customer experience and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a pan-European organization.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support role.
- Strong analytical background.
- Experience in dealing with complex customer queries.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Project Management.

Full proficiency in English is mandatory.
