About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team at Eosol Group. This role is pivotal as we continue to excel within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Oversight: Ensure the successful execution of construction operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
  2. Site Management: Lead the site team, coordinate activities with contractors, and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Project Coordination: Attend daily and weekly site meetings to monitor progress, ensure alignment with project timelines, and address any issues proactively.
  4. Resource Allocation: Develop and implement site management plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  6. Documentation: Ensure that project documentation is maintained meticulously, including records of progress, daily reports, and incident reports.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, adjusting strategies as necessary to keep the project on track.
  8. Team Development: Mentor and guide site staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
  9. Financial Management: Monitor budget adherence and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  10. Logistics: Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on oil and gas projects.
  3. Skills: Proven experience managing construction sites effectively, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage but not mandatory.
