Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Spanish Datacenter team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the construction process to success, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
- Coordinate construction work with on-site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Manage internal project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress.
- Oversee operations prior to acceptance and commissioning, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure project completion.
- Drive financial and timing aspects of the construction side, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial building construction projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines.
- A strong technical mindset, with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a good level of French a plus.
