About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-value, complex projects in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, and compiling the contractual documents.
  • Dealing effectively with post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • Producing monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to clients.
  • Inputting into value engineering and negotiating final accounts.
Requirements
  • Experience in construction, industrial, battery, semi-conductors, pharma, and/or manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge of MEP and clean/dry rooms is an advantage.
  • Degree qualified in engineering, construction management, or quantity surveying.
  • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in cost management.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and Spanish (written and spoken) essential.
