Administrative Coordinator for IT Services

We are a dedicated Microsoft IT service provider located in Barcelona, seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and billing of recurring services to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Support project managers and executives in billing, report writing, and coordination of various tasks
- Manage incentive programs of Microsoft and other partners, ensuring correct allocation
- Map our products commercially in the Solutions Marketplace, guaranteeing that customers can always book services
- Train customers on using the Marketplace and ensure regular checks
- Process customer orders from our online store and train users in how to use it
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders
- Native level of German and fluent level of English
- Permanent contract, choosing between full-time and part-time (40h/week - 32h/week)
