As a key member of the Dtn team, the Project Engineering Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. This includes monitoring activities such as procurement, quality control, and system configuration, as well as executing activities like procurement, manufacturing, and factory integration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running of the engineering process, working closely with other levels of management, including business development teams, to support service level agreements with customers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translating client requirements into practical terms for implementation
- Purchasing execution, including direct contact with providers on request for quotation processes
- Issuing purchase order requests in accordance with internal standards, rules, and templates
- Daily follow-up on purchase orders and estimated times of arrival for purchased equipment
- Assembling and testing cabinets and racks
- Configuration management documents generation and control of traceability
- Factory mock-up installation
Requirements:
- Driving license
- Job rotation between Seville and Bilbao
- Availability for national and international travel
