The Role

This position plays a crucial part in the success of Roche Diagnostic Spain by overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include streamlining processes and ensuring exceptional service standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with Operations Managers to lead daily operations, ensuring the warehouse process is efficient and precise.
  • You will be responsible for organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining the warehouse inventory system.
  • You will oversee documentation related to the Quality Management System, including manuals, procedures, and non-conformities.
  • You will participate in projects related to technical or system changes to adapt operations to new business needs.
  • This role requires the ability to perform various warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, product slotting, picking, packing, and kitting.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or technical engineering.
  • You have knowledge of Distribution Center activities and systems, as well as stock management and supply techniques.
  • You have experience with SAP R3 MM/PP Module and Microcomputing at the user level.
  • You are fluent in English (min B2).
