Position Overview
This role plays a crucial part in the success of Roche by overseeing the daily logistics operations within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include driving process enhancements and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Operations Managers to steer daily activities, ensuring that warehouse processes are executed with efficiency and accuracy. Oversee the organization of stock inventory, including adjustments within the inventory management system. Manage the control of outdated and surplus products, and compile monthly KPI reports along with other necessary documentation. Handle all paperwork associated with the Quality Management System, including manuals, procedures, non-conformities, and action plans for continuous improvement in the Supply Chain; as well as documentation required for exports and intrastat execution. Engage in projects aimed at technical or system upgrades to align operations with evolving business requirements. This position requires versatility in warehouse tasks, including receiving, storage, inventory oversight, product slotting, picking, packing, kitting, and potentially operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.Candidate Profile:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or a related technical field. Demonstrate knowledge of Distribution Center operations and systems, along with expertise in Stock Management and Supply techniques. Have practical experience with SAP R3 MM/PP Module and proficiency in microcomputing at the user level. Exhibit fluency in English (minimum B2 level). What We Offer:
