Position Overview

This role plays a crucial part in the operational success of Roche Diagnostic Spain by overseeing the daily functions of the warehouse. Key responsibilities include enhancing processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to drive daily activities, ensuring that warehouse processes are executed with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage stock organization within the warehouse, including adjustments in the inventory management system, monitoring of expired and obsolete items, and preparation of monthly KPI reports.
  • Oversee all documentation associated with the Quality Management System, including manuals, procedures, non-conformities, and continuous improvement action plans within the Supply Chain, as well as documentation required for exports and intrastat compliance.
  • Engage in projects aimed at technical or system enhancements to align operations with evolving business requirements.
  • This position necessitates the ability to perform various warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, inventory oversight, product slotting, picking, packing, kitting, and potentially operating heavy machinery like forklifts.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
  • Proficient understanding of Distribution Center operations and systems, along with expertise in Stock Management and Supply Chain techniques.
  • Familiarity with SAP R3 MM/PP Module and basic computer skills at the user level is essential.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is necessary.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-remote setting.
