We are seeking a highly skilled Inland Execution Specialist to join our team at Bunge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our inland logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a Strong Safety Culture: Foster a culture of safety within our operations team and ensure compliance with all relevant safety procedures and regulations.
- Contract Nomination and Delivery Management: Coordinate with our crushing plants and third-party warehouses to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Reconciliation and Inventory Management: Reconcile deliveries and inventory levels across our crushing plants and third-party warehouses.
- Cost and Accruals Management: Manage and control costs and accruals related to our inland logistics operations.
- Vendor Invoice Management: Approve and post vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks and Reporting: Perform general administrative tasks and provide regular reports on operations performance.
- Continuous Improvement and Business Development: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to business development projects.
- Education: Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Quality, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and analytical tools, with experience in SAP a plus.
