Contract Admin Specialist Role

Bunge is seeking a skilled Contract Admin Specialist to join our Execution Department. This role will interact with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage purchase and sale contracts, including amendments.
  • Allocate futures pricing, roll futures pricing, and manage overfill/underfill pricing.
  • Issue contracts using Bunge standard terms and review third-party issued contracts.
  • Monitor contract status and report to Coordinator, ensuring accuracy of Contract Admin metrics.
  • Produce and retain documentation according to internal and external policies.
  • Create master data for new contractual counterparties.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international commodity companies.
  • Advanced written and verbal English skills; German or French desirable.
  • Knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts desirable.
  • Computer proficiency in SAP, analytical tools, and MS Office; SAP knowledge highly desirable.
