About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ILERWORK, a dynamic and fast-growing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects, managing budgets and resources, identifying risks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, create detailed plans, and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Control project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing updates and expectations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track progress, adjust plans, and document key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development project management in Spain.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Asana is preferred.
  • Certification: Certification as a technical architect is a plus.
