Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control costs.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing updates and expectations.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, adjust plans as needed, and document key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development project management in Spain.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget; strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Tools and Certifications: Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Asana is preferred; certification as a technical architect is a plus.
