Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our client's projects in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on real estate development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Track project progress, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development project management in Spain.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with Asana.
  • Certifications: Certification as a technical architect is a plus.
