Job Title: Relocation Support Fo Norwegian Customer Support In Malaga

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to Norwegian-speaking customers.
  • Address product- and service-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and offer general assistance.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage complex customer queries.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.

Requirements:

  • Native Norwegian speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and handle issues with minimal supervision.
  • Clean credit check required (mandatory).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new software quickly.
  • Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
