Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian customer support specialist to join our team in Malaga. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Tasks:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to products and services, troubleshooting, and general assistance.
  • Deliver solutions efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address more complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and update records in our system.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native Norwegian language skills with strong written and spoken abilities.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
