About the Role:

Ogury, a leading global adtech company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global In-App Publisher Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for securing relationships with global in-app publishers and leveraging your expertise in sales to foster new partnerships and maximize growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with global in-app publishers to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the VP of Global In-App Supply to develop and execute sales strategies that identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide Expertise: Educate publishers on developments in the ecosystem and how Ogury's product offering addresses the challenges they face.
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms: Negotiate commercial terms and address contractual concerns to close agreements.
  • Ensure Seamless Transition: Work closely with the Publisher Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process and into a program of long-term development and nurturing.
  • Represent Ogury: Attend industry and relevant events, representing and promoting Ogury's products and services.

About You:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of complex deal-making, great negotiation skills, and the ability to persuade at a very senior level of an organization.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical understanding of SDK integration and headbidding, experience with Salesforce/BI Tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Analytical/strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful, able to initiate change and motivate innovation and creativity, maintain a get-it-done mindset.
