Job Title: Clinical Contract Manager

As a Clinical Contract Manager, you'll play a critical role in achieving this mission by managing the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates, processes, and negotiation parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence the outcome of negotiations and ensure conformity to business needs, proper risk allocation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers, providing direction and guidance related to the contracting process.
  • Negotiate contentious issues at multiple levels, both internally and with the customer's negotiation team, while keeping risk exposure in mind.
  • Generate creative options to break through negotiation impasses that work for all parties.
  • Continually strive to make the contracting process more efficient, effective, and customer-centric.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (preferably in Business or Life Sciences); MBA and/or JD or 6+ years of demonstrated negotiation experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including English proficiency at an advanced level.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication skills with working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
