Clinical Contract Manager

As a Clinical Contract Manager, you'll play a critical role in achieving this mission by managing the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates, processes, and negotiation parameters.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the preparation and negotiation of contract templates, processes, and negotiation parameters, ensuring quality, objectivity, and risk analysis.
- Influence the outcome of negotiations, ensuring conformity to business needs, proper risk allocation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers, providing direction and guidance related to the contracting process.
- Negotiate contentious issues at multiple levels, both internally and with the customer's negotiation team, while minimizing risk exposure.
- Generate creative options to break through negotiation impasses, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Continuously strive to improve the contracting process, making it more efficient, effective, and customer-centric.
- Maintain and utilize the contract management system, ensuring consistency and maximum situational awareness for all internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business or Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including English proficiency at an advanced level.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Superior communication skills, with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Contract experience in high-value and complex agreements in the life science industry (pharma, biotech, medical device).
- Experience in FDA-regulated industries and proven track record dealing with complex contractual language.
