Clinical Contract Manager

This role is with Thermo Fisher Scientific, a company that values diversity and inclusion. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates, processes, and negotiation parameters.
Key Responsibilities:- Help influence the outcome of negotiations and ensure conformity to business needs, proper risk allocation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to provide direction and guidance related to the contracting process.
- Negotiate contentious issues at multiple levels, both internally and with the customer's negotiation team, while keeping risk exposure in mind.
- Generate creative options to break through negotiation impasses that work for all parties.
- Continuously strive to make the contracting process more efficient, effective, and customer-centric.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be working with a global team to bring our mission to life - enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will have the opportunity to work on clinical trials conducted in 100+ countries and contribute to the development of novel frameworks for clinical research.
