About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Account Manager to join our team at Entain. As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital performance of the affiliate marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report on performance campaigns to drive affiliate marketing channel growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, conversion, and creative teams to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, analyzing, and optimizing partner performance, including impact on KPIs (e.g., FTDs, CPDs, pNGR, Conversion Rates).
  • Accountable for executing the strategy for the team's affiliates accounts set by the Affiliate Manager.
  • Responsible for delivering the affiliate marketing strategy including: affiliates' bidding and cost management, forecasting and planning of future volume and profitability.
  • Manage the activity of the team's affiliates to ensure compliance with regulations/policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Affiliates (ideally 1 or 2 years minimum).
  • Significant hands-on and strategic online sports and gaming experience.
  • Technical experience working with affiliate platforms (e.g., Mexos, Income Access).
  • Strong analytic and qualitative skills with the ability to analyze and use data efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to engage and collaborate within a large organization.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
