About the Role

At Entain, we're dedicated to driving innovation and growth in the sports betting and gaming industry. As an Affiliate Marketing Performance Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our affiliate marketing strategy and driving digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and report on performance campaigns to drive affiliate marketing channel growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, conversion, and creative teams to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, analyzing, and optimizing partner performance, including impact on KPIs.
  • Accountable for delivering the affiliate marketing strategy, including affiliates' bidding and cost management, forecasting, and planning of future volume and profitability.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with affiliates and significant hands-on and strategic online sports and gaming experience.
  • Technical experience working with affiliate platforms and strong analytic and qualitative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
