**The Role**

The Clinical Network Specialist will work closely with regional management teams and Lyra Health to ensure that local networks meet Lyra's global clinical standards of care. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering effective mental health services on a global scale, a proven track record of leadership in cross-functional environments, and a customer-centric mindset.

The successful candidate will be expected to work 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm Spanish time zone.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with Regional Manager and Clinical Team lead to identify new skills or locations required within subsidiary networks based on Lyra International Service Level Standards.
  • Work with Lyra Health to translate evidence-based practice requirements to a global population.
  • Source candidates using recruitment agencies and tools like LinkedIn.
  • Foster alignment across various stakeholders including Lyra Health, Lyra International subsidiaries, Legal compliance, Clinical Operations, and Client Services teams.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to understand customer needs based on sales pipeline and RFP process.
  • Work with Legal Compliance teams to develop knowledge of licensing, tax obligations, and insurance requirements impacting recruitment in international countries.
  • Maintain up-to-date protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices in recruitment standards.
  • Understand mental health systems in countries where recruitment takes place and ensure candidates fulfill these requirements.
  • Review and maintain affiliate contracts aligned with local legislation.
  • Regularly review licenses and skills to ensure affiliates remain compliant with Lyra International clinical standards.

**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
