**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced International Business Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership, you will be responsible for managing our international business from a financial standpoint. Your expertise will assist our company's financial and business leadership in making strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and follow up on monthly financial planning cycles, analyzing international customers against budget and year performance.
- Participate in pricing and conditions reviews.
- Execute, analyze, and supervise international business reporting, including sales reporting and gross profit reporting.
- Follow up on pricing and supply prices.
- Royalties' income control.
- Milestone license out follow-up.
- Participate in the SoP process to ensure alignment with Supply.
- Create a new structure and supervise internal reports, software implementation, and tools for budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive financial evaluation of new business opportunities, participating in preparing Business Cases.
- Support Finance and Controlling Management in developing short-term and long-term business plans (new markets, products, customers).
- Work with other departments to ensure appropriate legal compliance and prepare ad hoc financial analysis for business functions to help contract negotiations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar.
- +3 years' experience working as an auditor in multinationals in a Big Four Company.
- +3 years' experience in Business Controlling.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Business acumen and good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented, and efficient.
- Excellent problem-solving and organization skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate on different levels.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Advance in Excel Knowledge.
- SAP (FI & CO) will be a plus.
