International Financial Controller

Job Summary
The International Financial Controller will report to the Senior Controller for Sin Nombre and be responsible for the consolidation of financial information from subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in managing financial data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Elaborate and report on monthly closings for each Head Office, including financial control, analysis of expenditures, and deviations.
- Prepare necessary information for quarterly consolidations and hard closings of the Group.
- Ensure the achievement of sales goals, operative results, and DSO by brand, as well as Cash Flow by entity.
- Develop and supervise budgets for the company, including revisions and implementation of action plans to protect the operative result.
- Develop and supervise the three-year plan of the company.
- Monitor operating accounts by customers/channels/areas to obtain adequate financial analysis for decision-making.
- Deliver necessary financial information to auditors for the preparation of the annual accounts of the company.
- Maintain and develop new projects and procedures of the company, with emphasis on compliance with internal audit rules.
- Review rates of the company, including supervision of compliance with margins in international rates.
- Elaborate, control, and follow expense distributions of Back Office and Front Office.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Masters in Controlling or International Business.
- At least 7 years of experience in an International Controlling role within a retail company, with experience working with subsidiaries and export companies.
- Result-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
- Highly analytical, attention to detail, and ability to crunch data into a manageable format.
- Proactive and collaborative.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate analysis into recommended action plans.
