Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Unit at OpenNebula Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing diverse marketing actions and activities to consolidate our market positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities, specifically in terms of digital marketing and events.
  2. Content Creation and Publishing: Support the creation and publishing of engaging content on various social media platforms and other relevant resources and platforms.
  3. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the development and implementation of social media organic and paid campaigns (LinkedIn and Google Ads), focusing on brand awareness and lead generation.
  4. Website Management: Contribute to the maintenance of the company's website, monitoring its relevance and performance, tracking traffic, participating in the development of landing pages, assisting with SEO optimization, and handling other related tasks.
  5. Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute successful events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  6. Event Logistics: Assist in the setup and coordination of event logistics, such as booth design, collateral materials, technical requirements, and shipping.
  7. Marketing Materials Management: Help in the management of marketing materials inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
  8. Content Strategy: Collaborate in developing an effective content strategy, to reach the desired content and marketing goals.
  9. Research and Development: Research content and user trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
  10. Content Creation: Create non-technical content for a variety of platforms and channels (including blogs, websites, and social media).
  11. Corporate Communications: Help to produce press releases and other pieces of corporate information about OpenNebula Systems.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing and corporate events.
  3. Skills: Knowledge of HubSpot or any similar CRM tool, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, and experience managing website content.
  4. Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail, and willingness to travel to national and international events, conferences, and exhibitions.
