Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B marketing strategy for our company, adapting it to our Iberia-Latin America subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing plans that focus on B2B sales, with a balance of 70% non-digital marketing and 30% digital marketing.
  • Point-of-Sale Material: Create and manage point-of-sale materials, including contact with the sales team and participation in events.
  • Off-Line Marketing Strategy: Execute off-line marketing strategies and product strategies.
  • KPI Measurement: Continuously measure and analyze KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting recommendations.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the correct implementation of sales activities, tradeshows, and events.
  • Collateral Material: Coordinate, select, and execute collateral materials for the brand.
  • Media Press Plan: Ensure the correct execution of the media press plan.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Marketing.
  • Language: High level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze, and extroverted personality.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and with management capacity.
  • Teamwork: Accustomed to working in a team and with leadership capacity.
