Key Responsibilities- Technical Administration: Provide technical support and guidance to our business stakeholders, ensuring the efficient operation of our Salesforce platform.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with our development team to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of our business.
- Configuration and Development: Configure and develop solutions using the full Salesforce toolset, with a focus on declarative first.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Review, manage, and regression test Salesforce releases, and assist with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical design, case notes, and lessons learned, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally in an administration role.
- Certification: Certified Salesforce Administrator or higher.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to prioritize effectively and escalate issues as required.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Process Builder, Formula fields, and Validation rules, and experience working with Agile development teams using SCRUM.
