We are seeking a highly motivated and talented computer programmer to join our research team at Sebibc. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of a new research database, working closely with our scientists to develop and implement data harmonization protocols, transform data into a common format, and interact with the team to adapt the data to their scientific needs.

The main duties of the chosen candidate will include:
- Searching for and downloading open access data sources
- Implementing harmonization protocols for successful data integration
- Writing and running scripts to transform data into a common data format
- Interacting with scientists to adapt data to their scientific needs
About the Project
The project, EARLY-ADAPT, aims to jointly analyze the multiple drivers of recent trends in human health, with a focus on the effectiveness of early adaptation to climate change. The team is at the forefront of environmental epidemiology, analyzing a novel database of human health in Europe, incorporating environmental, socioeconomic, and demographic variables, and novel digital data streams at different spatiotemporal scales.
