Job Title: Satellite Communications Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Satellite Communications Systems Engineer to join our team at GMV Spain. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, integration, validation, and operational deployment phases of the GOVSATCOM Hub system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design of the GOVSATCOM Hub system, including its subsystems and internal and external interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of the complete system.
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements and coordinate with the project's security team.
  • Contribute to engineering plans, particularly for deployment at operational facilities.
  • Identify improvements and evolutions of the system.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Telecommunications with an interest in systems engineering and satellite communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the design and/or integration of large software systems.
  • Previous experience in the definition and/or implementation of satellite communication services.
  • Knowledge of satellite communication equipment and related systems.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
