The Sales and Marketing Team Assistant will provide critical support to the Sales and Marketing teams in Barcelona, ensuring seamless execution of key tasks and projects. This role reports directly to the Zone Director and requires a high level of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales and Marketing teams in compiling PowerPoint presentations, generating POs, and building reporting files.
- Conduct consumer analysis and research, preparing and presenting presentations/analysis internally and with customers.
- Manage operational tasks, including orders, forecast, payments, and shipments of materials to customers.
- Organize meetings, seminars, and events, as well as manage travel expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Provide high-quality support to the Zone Director, including managing the agenda, planning global visits, and organizing meetings.
We are seeking a highly organized and autonomous individual with 2-3 years of experience in a multinational/international environment in Sales and Marketing. Experience in an Assistant role is essential, with a strong background in General Managers/Director roles. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PO processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a multicultural and international environment.
