Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage engine-related issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of solutions.
- Develop and implement integrated planning and action plans to drive change through different gates.
- Manage a portfolio of product changes within agreed timeframes, ensuring delivery and embodiment of changes.
- Interface with Parent Companies and Customers throughout the change process, providing regular visibility on progress, roadblocks, risks, and opportunities.
- Propose and evaluate integrated solutions to engine-related issues and risks, leading the resolution of allocated issues to solution implementations.
Requirements:
- Experience in Programme Management and training in Programme Management tools.
- Experience in the aeronautical engine field, ideally with knowledge of the TP400.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Solution-driven orientation and capacity to drive projects through with limited guidelines and assistance.
Reports to: Programme and Operations Director
Organisational Role: Member of the Product Design Stream
