The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager with a creative flair who can take viral trends and tailor them to our brand. This role requires deep familiarity with pivotal social media platforms, particularly Twitter, YouTube, and short-form content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing vibrant communities and creating content that has mass appeal.

Responsibilities
  1. Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Chiliz's brand goals, emphasizing engagement, growth, and community building.
  2. Work with the team to take charge of our Twitter and YouTube channels, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and tailored to a variety of audiences.
  3. Actively support in managing and growing our online communities, fostering discussions, responding to queries, and maintaining a positive environment.
  4. Drive engagement through creative content that helps Chiliz stand out in an ever-congested world.
  5. Develop and curate compelling content that highlights Chiliz's innovations, partnerships, and milestones in the crypto and sports arenas.
  6. Ensure all content is on-brand, with a consistent tone and style.
  7. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and increase effectiveness.
  8. Work closely with the marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and timely updates on product developments.
  9. Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media and crypto, adapting strategies to leverage emerging tools and platforms.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, for a brand that has a high frequency of posts.
  2. Can demonstrate creativity and understanding of how to bring a brand to life.
  3. Expertise in managing Twitter and YouTube accounts with significant followings and proven ability to grow and engage online communities.
  4. A fundamental understanding of the dynamics of crypto communities and the elements that drive engagement and loyalty.
  5. Excellent content creation skills, with a knack for crafting informative and engaging posts that are tailored to a diverse audience.
  6. Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable goals.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with followers diplomatically and dynamically.
