About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Nike team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including Nike products, services, and company culture.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to drive sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support store operations, and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
Requirements
  • Passion for Nike and Sports: Demonstrate a genuine passion for Nike and sports, with a strong understanding of the brand and its products.
  • Customer Focus: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting store operations and achieving sales goals.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
