About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Nike team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your skills in product knowledge and customer service to deliver premium brand experiences to our customers.
  • Support various departments of the store, including working the cash register, managing incoming or outgoing goods, restocking sales floor products, or designing displays.
  • Recommend suitable products to achieve sales goals and inform customers about Nike products and services.
  • Enhance your knowledge with our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, Nike products, services, and company culture.
