About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager who can drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our flagship products. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful product launches, ensuring alignment with our overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and competitive analysis. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our product in the market

- Crafting compelling narratives and key messages for product launches

- Collaborating with the product team to translate technical features into clear customer benefits

- Defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature releases

- Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop GTM plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts, including developing launch materials and communication plans

- Analyzing competitor offerings and identifying key differentiators for our product

- Regularly gathering and reporting on market insights to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies

- Creating and delivering sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs, and competitive battle cards

- Training the sales and customer success teams on product positioning, key features, and competitive advantages

- Developing tools and resources that help the sales team communicate the product value effectively

- Driving our beta test community to collect customer feedback to influence product development

- Working closely with customer success to gather insights on how customers use the product and where improvements can be made

- Providing regular reports to stakeholders on the impact of product marketing efforts

- Adjusting strategies based on performance data to continuously optimize product positioning and campaigns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A master's degree in marketing

- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment

- Strong knowledge of sales enablement processes and the ability to create impactful materials like product sheets, battle cards, and pitch decks

- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a knack for turning complex technical details into clear, customer-friendly messaging

- Proven ability to create compelling product messaging and successfully launch products or features

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
