Product Marketing Specialist for Innovative Payments

About the RoleProduct Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at seQura. This position requires close collaboration with and influence over Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Conversion teams to achieve critical goals like product adoption, marketing pipelines, opportunity conversion, revenue, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy: Ideate, project manage, and launch GTM programs that align with seQura's product roadmap, working closely with the CRO and Product teams to understand technical details and unique selling points of new features and products.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, crafting value messaging that captivates, educates, and converts in the form of positioning documents, website copy, landing pages, emails, sales collateral, product guides, FAQs, enablement materials, and more.
- Research Mindset: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product enhancements.
- Cross-Functional: Work with a diverse and talented team of brand, revenue, content, web, and technical marketers to create content, build presentations, launch campaigns, and deploy digital and in-person experiences to fuel the pipeline.
- Data-driven: Monitor and analyze the performance of product metrics and PMM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Storytelling: Create technical content with a twist to catch the attention of prospects and convert complex information into compelling content.
- Visual: Create basic visual ideas on Figma to give the design team your point of view.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and verbal communication.
- A clear understanding of the Product Marketing scope.
- The ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations, with previous experience in public speaking.
- Previous relevant experience executing product marketing-related activities, especially in SaaS or Tech industries.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, growth, market, and user research, product management, and people enablement best practices.
- A unique balance of creative skills, with a highly technical and detailed understanding of how different products/technologies can work together.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented project management skills, with the ability to work independently of the team.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
- A proven track record of owning and executing product marketing campaigns.
