Private Equity Fund Manager

Pinnacle Fund Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Fund Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our Private Equity Team, you will be responsible for leading the relationship with a portfolio of private equity clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Review and approve net asset valuations performed by fund accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Review capital activity, including capital calls and distributions, and ensure that all financial statements are accurate and complete.
- Manage year-end audits and tax reporting, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that clients are satisfied with the outcome.
- Actively manage staff's time and workload, ensuring that both internal and external deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve processes, communication, efficiency, and workflow.
- Provide technical accounting and industry knowledge to clients, as well as coaching and development opportunities for junior staff.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the fund industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managing role.
- Accounting designation required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, Microsoft Excel, and solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change.
- Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines.
