Job Summary
Pinnacle Fund Services, a leading provider of accounting and administrative services to hedge funds, private equity funds, and other investment funds, is seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Fund Manager to join our Valencia Team.
About the Role
As a Private Equity Fund Manager, you will be responsible for leading the relationship of a portfolio of private equity clients, reviewing client net asset valuations, and contributing to the overall management of Pinnacle through active participation within the Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring strong communication and timely delivery of services.
- Review and approve net asset valuations performed by fund accountants, including capital activity, general ledger, cash activity, and income and expenses.
- Manage year-end audits and tax reporting with clients and independent auditors, ensuring timely completion of fieldwork.
- Actively manage staff's time and workload, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve processes, communication, efficiency, and workflow.
Requirements
- Strong experience in private equity fund administration management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
