We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Private Equity Fund Services team at Pinnacle Fund Services. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the management of a portfolio of client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
You will be responsible for assisting in the management of a portfolio of client relationships, including reviewing and preparing financial statements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs.
Financial Statement PreparationYou will be responsible for reviewing and preparing financial statements for larger and more complex clients, including net asset valuations, income and expenses, and cash activity.
Audit and Tax ReportingYou will be responsible for managing year-end audits and tax reporting with clients and independent auditors, ensuring fieldwork is completed on schedule.
Team ManagementYou will be responsible for coaching and training junior staff, actively managing staff's time and workload effectively to ensure both internal and external deadlines are met.
Requirements- Experience
Prior fund accounting experience of at least 2-3 years is required.
Knowledge and SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting concepts, Microsoft Excel, and solid interpersonal and communication skills are required.
EducationAn accounting designation is desired, but not required.
